- Kaiya Innes (Data Engineer): As one of only two girls in her school studying further maths, Kaiya often felt isolated. But her maths teacher—a woman—encouraged her to persevere. That support gave her the confidence to pursue a tech career, reminding her that she belonged in the field.
- Leah-ann Grey (Head of Analysis): Throughout her career, Leah-ann has worked with exceptional colleagues who inspired her to grow. From programming to analytics, she has learned from and mentored others, building a cycle of shared knowledge and support.
- Anna Dark (Data Engineer): When Anna’s A-level physics teacher encouraged her to pursue programming, it was the push she needed to explore an industry she might not have considered otherwise.
