Halfords introduced the Halfords Motoring Club, a loyalty program centred on personalisation. By automating analysis and delivering tailored messages and real-time experiences to its members, the program significantly increased frequency by more than 140% in the first year. This success story serves as an exemplary model for businesses exploring loyalty programs with a focus on personalisation and multi-channel engagement.
